Stance Commercial Real estate is a husband-and-wife co-owned commercial brokerage in Riverside, CA. The couple felt that their brand identity was not being effectively communicated with their previous marketing endeavors, and approached us with the objective of increasing lead generation. Stance Commercial Real Estate prefers to work with building owners in their local community, benefiting buyers and the sellers in such a way to bring value to their local community. With targeted marketing efforts and increased market visibility, our goal was to expedite transactions and increase asking offers.
Over the last several months, we have created meaningful marketing advertisements that enforce their brand and expand their visibility in this specific market.
During our initial meeting with the Stances, they shared several advertisements that had been used in a variety of local print publications. Stance Commercial Real Estate has since become the second most successful commercial brokerage in Riverside, CA. Competitors include both national and global brokerages such as CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, and Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate. They are projected for increased future growth in both the short and long future, with plans to increase their team.
